ICE SLIDE — Privacy Policy

ICE SLIDE is a game for everyone, including children. We collect as little as possible, never sell data, and never ask for real names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos or precise location.

What the game stores

• On your device: game progress, coins, unlocked skins and settings.
• On our game server (only when online features are used):
  • a random install identifier created by the game (not a hardware or advertising id);
  • the nickname you choose (filtered for bad words) — it is visible to other players in leaderboards and online lobbies;
  • scores, race replays ("ghosts") and a backup of your game progress;
  • error reports when the game crashes: the error text, game version and device model / Android version, used only to fix bugs.

Online play has no chat: players can only send fixed emotes. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Online features are off until you agree. The first time you open the Online screen the game shows a consent card explaining what is sent; nothing is uploaded before you tap "I agree", and you can switch online features off again at any time in Settings.

Achievements and leaderboards use the platform's own optional game service (Google Play Games on Android, Game Center on iPhone/iPad), under that service's privacy policy.

Advertising

The game shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob only when the player chooses to watch one (for example to get free coins or an extra life). All ad requests are marked as child-directed: ads are not personalised, are limited to family-safe content, and the game does not use the Android advertising id. Google may process technical data such as the IP address to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, as described in Google's privacy policy for partner apps. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), a consent form is shown first.

Keeping and deleting data

Server data is kept while you play and deleted after 24 months of inactivity; error reports are deleted after 90 days. To delete your online data at any time, send the nickname shown in the game to the developer contact address on ICE SLIDE's page on Google Play or the App Store (or to the support page below), and we will remove it within 30 days. Uninstalling the game deletes everything stored on the device.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents can contact us through the game's store page or the support page to review or delete their child's online data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
